Tell me what a Challenge is…
Raising two children, taking care of home and being a wife.
Tell me what a Challenge is….
After given birth to a child in January and then off to graduate school in September, all the while holding a full time job.
Tell me what a Challenge is…
When you have worked all day, pick up the kids from school and day care, come home cook, give baths and go over homework, while you do your best to unwind yourself.
Tell me what a Challenge is…
When you’re the shoulder to lean on and vent too, while at the same time giving encouragement and advice, and trying to maintain your own sanity.
Tell me what a Challenge is…
Turning away from your old behavior; turning towards God, and doing your best not to pick up the old creature that was you.
Tell me what a Challenge is…
When all you have left is, your last breathe of strength to relax and your child calls your name?
Tell me what a Challenge is…
When Jehosaphat cried out to the Lord and was free from his enemies because he gave praise (Scripture 2 Chronicles 20: 1-17, 21-25)?
Well I said all of this to say, look a Challenge dead in the eyes and say – It is the praise of my God Almighty that gives me the strength to take on ALL of these challenges….and you know what – the story hasn’t even begun.
